teachTeam —the backbone of our club’s digital operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring that everything runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently! 💻✨

• Managing Our Discord Server 🛠 You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our Discord server, ensuring that all channels are organized, accessible, and secure for our members. From managing roles and permissions to moderating chats, your work will help keep our community a safe and structured space.
• Overseeing Meeting Tools🎥 Since our discussions and book presentations will take place on Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms, you will ensure that meetings are set up properly, links are shared on time, and technical issues are handled swiftly.
• Data Collection & Organization 📊 Keeping track of member details, meeting schedules, attendance, and other important data is a key part of this role. You will be responsible for using Excel, Google Sheets, or other software to store and organize data effectively
• Data Storage & Security ☁️ All data should be safely stored on platforms like Google Drive or other cloud-based solutions. You will ensure that files are well-organized, easily accessible, and backed up to prevent any loss of important information.
